All of our products (including eBooks, guides, journals, courses, and digital downloads) are delivered electronically. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue—such as a broken link, missing file, or download error—contact us within 7 days of purchase at camille@rootedhomeschool.co, and I’ll make sure you receive what you ordered.
All coaching and strategy sessions (including private or group sessions, workshops, and consultations) are non-refundable once booked due to the time and preparation involved.
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Reschedules are subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of your original appointment date.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you accidentally purchase the same digital item or session more than once, please email me with your order details. I may issue a refund at my discretion.
